PgMP Exam Prep

You already run more than one project. The program still has no single owner. Thirty-two live hours walk the exam the way the questions are written: strategy, benefits, stakeholders, governance, and the life of the program. You leave ready to book the exam. The fee for the exam is separate.

  • 32 hours
  • Exam prep
  • Live virtual
  • January 16 — February 21

Benefits

  • A revision map of the five exam domains.
  • Scenario practice, including two timed simulations.
  • Recordings of the live hours.
  • A certificate of completion for the 32 hours.
  • The exam fee stays with the institute. It is not in this price.

    Governance, money, and quality

This is for senior project managers, PMO leads, and delivery heads who already coordinate several projects toward one set of benefits. Over the weekends you cover how a program differs from a portfolio and from a project, the program life cycle, benefits from identification through sustainment, stakeholders, governance, money, quality, risk, scope, schedule, and change. The exam is 170 questions in four hours. The weight is the life cycle (44 percent), then stakeholders (16), strategic alignment (15), governance (14), and business alignment (11). You practise scenario questions before the clock is the first one you see. The institute sets the experience. With a high school diploma it asks for four years of project work and seven years of program work in the last fifteen years. With a bachelor degree it asks for four years of each. A PMP can stand in for the project years. There is also a panel review. This course does not file the application, and the exam fee is not in this price. Contact hours are not required to sit the exam. Dates and the fee are on this page.

Outcomes

What you will be able to do when the course ends. This is not the list of things you take home. That list is Benefits, at the top of the page.

  3. 3You can name who governs a decision, and which project must not make it alone.
  4. 4You can walk the life cycle from charter to closure.
  5. 5You can sit a timed set of scenario questions before the exam is the first clock you see.
  6. 6You know what the application asks for, and what this course does not file for you.

Add-ons

These are the extras for this course. They are not included in the fee. You can add one when you enrol.

  • PgMP application review

A review of your PgMP application before you send it. You get a structure for the experience summaries, written comments, one conversation, and a last read. It takes five to ten days. It is offered when PgMP Exam Prep is in the cart. We do not file the application, and we do not promise the panel will accept it.

    $249

  • PgMP question bank and simulations

One thousand scenario questions for the PgMP exam. Each one explains the right answer and why the others are wrong. You also get timed simulations in the shape of the exam: 170 questions, four hours, and a score by domain. Access lasts 90 days. The exam fee is not included, and a score here is not a pass from the institute.

FAQ’s

Who is this course for?
Senior project managers, PMO leads, and delivery heads who already coordinate several projects toward one set of benefits.
Is the exam fee included?
No. The exam is 170 questions in four hours. You pay the institute. This course does not file the application.
Does a PMP qualify me?
A PMP can stand in for the project years. The institute still asks for years of program work, and a panel reviews the application. Check the current rules before you pay.
How is this different from PfMP Exam Prep?
PgMP is the program: several projects, one set of benefits. PfMP is the portfolio: which work the organisation should fund, and which it should stop.
Do you guarantee a job after a cohort?
No. We publish dates, prices, refund terms and consented stories. Placement and income claims are not part of this academy.
What time zone are live sessions in?
Source zone is America/Toronto unless a cohort says otherwise. Session times always name that zone. Convert in your own calendar from the ICS on the cohort card.
Can I join a waitlist if a cohort is full?
Yes. Waitlist captures name, email and optional phone. It does not take payment. Seats that free up are offered in join order.
How does early-bird pricing work?
If a cohort has an early-bird price and the cut-off has not passed (server date at payment), checkout charges the early-bird amount. The cart may still show list price until quote.
What is the refund window?
Full refund before the published cut-off relative to the cohort start; after that the published bands on the Refund page apply. Checkout requires you to accept that policy.
