Refund and cancellation

The version you accept at checkout is stored on the order. Typical bands:

• Full refund when you withdraw 14 or more days before the cohort start.
• 50% credit after that date and before the first session.
• No refund after 25% of sessions have been delivered, except where NGSB cancels.
• If NGSB cancels or postpones, you choose a full refund or a transfer.

Transfers to another cohort of the same programme: one free, then a $75 administration fee, subject to capacity.
