NGSB complies with PIPEDA. We collect only what a form needs: identity, contact, enrolment, and the consents you tick. We do not collect date of birth or government identifiers. Card data is handled by the payment provider, never stored by NGSB.

Marketing messages require a separate, unticked consent (CASL). You can withdraw from your profile or from the link in every commercial message. Transactional mail about a purchase continues.

Canadian learner data is stored in Canadian regions where the provider offers them. Access, correction and deletion requests: hello@nextgenskillsbuilders.com.
