Change Management Practitioner

You have watched a launch feel like a win, then watched people slip back to the old way when no one was looking. That ache is real. This course shows you how to help the new way stay, so the change you fought for is still alive when you return.

  • 21 hours
  • Practitioner
  • Live virtual
  • November 14 — November 28

Benefits

  • A one-page brief you can send to your sponsor the same week.
  • Playbooks with names on them, not a slide of theory.
  • A simple way to see resistance before it delays the project.
  • A certificate when you finish.

Course overview

21hours
  1. 1

    Change as delivery work

  2. 2

    Stakeholders, sponsors and resistance

  3. 3

    Adoption metrics and handover

You have seen it. The project is marked done, and a month later people are quietly doing the old thing. This course is for project managers, analysts, and HR partners who need the change to stick. You do not need a change certificate. You write a plan that puts a name next to each job. You learn to notice pushback early, before it becomes a delay, and without turning it into a scene. You practice briefing the person paying for the change, on one page, using your own example. By the end you can tell whether people are using the new way, not just whether they attended the meeting. You leave with that one-page brief and a playbook you can send the same week. It is a live course. Dates and the fee are on this page.

Outcomes

What you will be able to do when the course ends. This is not the list of things you take home. That list is Benefits, at the top of the page.

  1. 1You can write a plan for getting people to use the change, with a name next to each job.
  2. 2You can see why people are pushing back, without turning it into a performance.
  3. 3You can brief the person paying for the change on one page.
  4. 4You can check, after go-live, whether people are using it. Not just whether they came to the meeting.

FAQ’s

Who is this course for?
People who have watched a launch look like a win, then watched everyone slip back to the old way.
Is this a project management course?
No. The project can ship and the change can still fail. This course is how the new way sticks.
Is there an outside certificate?
You receive our certificate of completion. We do not claim a third-party change credential in the fee.
What do I leave with?
A way to sponsor, communicate, and support the change after go-live, plus the recordings.
Do you guarantee a job after a cohort?
No. We publish dates, prices, refund terms and consented stories. Placement and income claims are not part of this academy.
What time zone are live sessions in?
Source zone is America/Toronto unless a cohort says otherwise. Session times always name that zone. Convert in your own calendar from the ICS on the cohort card.
Can I join a waitlist if a cohort is full?
Yes. Waitlist captures name, email and optional phone. It does not take payment. Seats that free up are offered in join order.
How does early-bird pricing work?
If a cohort has an early-bird price and the cut-off has not passed (server date at payment), checkout charges the early-bird amount. The cart may still show list price until quote.
What is the refund window?
Full refund before the published cut-off relative to the cohort start; after that the published bands on the Refund page apply. Checkout requires you to accept that policy.
