- No. We publish dates, prices, refund terms and consented stories. Placement and income claims are not part of this academy.

Calendar
- What time zone are live sessions in?
- Source zone is America/Toronto unless a cohort says otherwise. Session times always name that zone. Convert in your own calendar from the ICS on the cohort card.
- Is the PMP weekend live or recorded?
- Live virtual on Zoom, America/Toronto, Saturday–Sunday. Recordings are specified for a later release; this portal confirms the seat and shows progress on the dashboard.
Enrolment
- Can I join a waitlist if a cohort is full?
- Yes. Waitlist captures name, email and optional phone. It does not take payment. Seats that free up are offered in join order.
Pricing
- How does early-bird pricing work?
- If a cohort has an early-bird price and the cut-off has not passed (server date at payment), checkout charges the early-bird amount. The cart may still show list price until quote.
- Do you issue invoices with tax?
- Yes. Checkout asks for billing province, applies the published Canadian rate (Ontario 13% HST default) and stores tax on the order. Payment is simulated until a merchant account is connected.
Corporate
- Do you offer corporate / private cohorts?
- Yes. Eight to twenty seats, a PDF quote, purchase order and net terms. We will not put a company through consumer checkout.

- What is a knowledge capsule?
- A gated template pack. Unlocking asks for name, email and an unticked consent checkbox. That creates a lead. The pack itself is yours to keep.

Policies
- What is the refund window?
- Full refund before the published cut-off relative to the cohort start; after that the published bands on the Refund page apply. Checkout requires you to accept that policy.
Catalogue
- Is BA the only path?
- No. Families are Management, Project Management, Product Development and AI. Role journeys cover BA, Scrum Master, Product Manager and AI-native PM.
- Who teaches BA Foundations?
- Named faculty on the Trainers page. BA Foundations is typically led by a CBAP-credentialed instructor. See the programme page for the assigned trainer on each cohort.
Programmes
- Is the PMP exam fee included?
- No. PMP Exam Prep covers the content and a mock. PMI’s exam fee is paid to PMI. See the programme page inclusions.
