Next Gen Skills Builders is an Ontario training house. We run instructor-led cohorts for people moving into — and up through — delivery and management roles.
The founder, Shailesh Gabhane, got tired of sending calendar screenshots in WhatsApp threads. Prospects ready at 11pm had nowhere to see the next batch or pay for a seat. This portal is the replacement: a catalogue, a live calendar, and a checkout that does not hide the tax.
We train Business Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Managers, Change practitioners — and the AI craft that now sits next to all of them: delivery AI, filmmaking, video production.
We do not guarantee jobs. We publish dates, prices, refund terms and the stories of people who consented to be named.

Mission
Industrialise enrolment without industrialising the classroom. Humans still teach. The portal takes the 2am email out of the founder’s inbox.

Architecture
The school lives in a database. The movies do not.
Fifty video testimonials and a handful of 1 GB films would wreck a Postgres backup. We never put the files there.

YouTube unlisted, Vimeo, or an MP4 URL. Neon stores the card: title, consent, duration, pointer.

Masters go to Cloudflare R2 (~cents/month). Public playback is HLS. Same table, new URL.

Consent first
No likeness consent, no public row. Captions on. Five to ten showcase titles, not every lab export.
Media is stored as playback URLs, never as files in the school database.
